“Fully invariant-extending modular lattices, and applications”
Martes 27 de noviembre de 2018
Resumen: The aim of this talk is to present the latticial counterpart of the notion of a fully invariant-extending module, and to ilustrate a general strategy which consists on putting a module-thoeretical notion/result into a latticial frame (we call it latticization), in order to translate that result to Grothendieck categories (we call it absolutization) and module categories equipped with hereditary torsion theories (we call it relativization).
An effort will be made to keep the exposition as self-contained as possible.
“The lattice structure of all lattice preradicals on modular complete lattices, and applications”
Jueves 29 de noviembre de 2018
Resumen: Based on the concept of a linear morphism of lattices, recently introduced in the literature by the author, we present and investigate in this talk the latticial counterpart of the big lattice R-pr of all preradicals on the category Mod-R of all unital right R-modules over an associative ring R with identity. Applications of the obtained latticial results are given to Grothendieck categories equipped with a hereditary torsion theory.
An effort will be made to keep the exposition as self-contained as possible.
